Chamonix Leadership Journey
In a constantly changing world, managing organizations should focus on: how do you get and keep yourself, your management and employees entrepreneurial, energetic, agile and resilient? How do you anticipate changing circumstances and crisis situations? That is an impactful leadership assignment! What do you notice in yourself? To what extent are you aware of your ingrained patterns? It is time to take stock. During this leadership journey you will make yourself 'Future-Proof' by re-exploring and learning. Refuel with like-minded people for your leadership and entrepreneurship in an inspiring and impactful management program.
We would like to invite you to give your entrepreneurship and leadership a new impulse in order to make the most of and activate the organizational potential!
During this management program, eight entrepreneurs / board members / managers with final responsibility will make a unique and inspiring journey together with leadership trainers. A special experience from a remote chalet in Chamonix Mont-Blanc.
Real leaders don't repeat, but innovate! Where are you now and what do you have to develop further as a leader? Where have you possibly fallen short in your leadership? How do you activate and use the hidden potential? You are challenged to think about your development steps for yourself, your team (s) and your organization. What are your 'next steps' to take?
Slow down to speed up
The program is a three-month learning path full of personal challenges, tranquillity, intensive reflection, connection and deepening. It takes place in the middle of nature, without distracting impulses (digital detox) and according to the Berg & Partners principle: Learning, Performance and Enjoyment! One week prior to the trip you will meet the other participants during the kick-off. A few weeks after the leadership program, two intervision sessions take place to discuss personal developments and to sharpen their own leadership and entrepreneurship for good. In addition, there are two 1-on-1 coaching sessions to continue to nourish the intended development steps.
The 3-month program consists of 7 parts:
1. Determine personal intake and learning goals2. Preparatory assignments (including 360 degrees feedback and personality questionnaire)
3. Kick-off meeting
4.5 day Leadership Expedition in Chamonix Mont-Blanc
5.2 Intervision sessions
6. Personal coaching sessions
7. Inspiration sessions on leadership themes for alumni
