Coaching can also be an option, if an assessment or experience in the field has shown that there is a discrepancy between what someone wants to emanate in practice and what is needed in a particular position. For many issues, coaching is the preferred method for developing the potential present and learning to deploy it consciously.

We go for the essence, in order to expand personal insight into work and life. We work from a meaningful context on awareness and the forward movement towards a new, realistic prospect.
Naturally, we take time to carry out an extensive interview via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Skype of face-to-face to get to know a coachee before we start. There is also the possibility of joining one of our peer-to-peer coaching groups after completing a training or coaching programme. In these groups, you will meet leaders of other organisations with whom you can exchange experiences from daily practice and learn from each other. Of course we work according to the guidelines of the RIVM!
