We set great store by personal involvement with you, the client. By joining forces, we decide together what the intended end result is, and which interventions, development and/or change programmes are necessary to achieve it.
Our work method is principled, practical, process and result-oriented and independent.
We aim to strengthen the autonomy of management and staff both in their own sensibility and in the way in which they act upon it.
We take 100% responsibility, but we also give 100% responsibility. We take it on as it is and it can, and sometimes must, be better. We invite participants in our programmes to contribute from their own positions, and to examine whether they want to, and are able to, take the responsibility for that. Freely, but not without obligation. Development begins with insight and awareness; it's about signalling and breaking patterns of behaviour which are no longer useful. It's about people's abilities and challenges. At personal, team and organisation level.
Two processes equally important to us are leading in our coaching:
We play the role of critical friend throughout the process, warning you about anything that is simply treating the symptoms.
And of course, we look critically at ourselves too. We ask our clients for a critical assessment of our work after every one or multi-day coaching session. We believe we are only as good as our last session, and we want to distinguish ourselves in that every single time.
