Successful 2nd Berg & Partners Summit Meeting

We look back on an exciting knowledge sharing with inspiring entrepreneurs, family business leaders and directors. Our small-scale, intimate Summit Meeting setting again invited us to share honest stories about leadership, team dynamics and entrepreneurship. Berg & Partners, led by Marcel van Bergen and Wilbert Savonije, fulfilled a limited but crucial role in this, they were facilitators of the learning process as tour guides in leadership & change processes by bringing these leaders together 'en petit committee'.
Slow down together and then accelerate again.
A principle that many of our relations already know. Take a break to reflect. Exchanging ideas with like-minded people, inspiring each other, learning together, sharing experiences. Of course Corona proof at 1.5 meters. What are the lessons in leadership and entrepreneurship?
Even now the walk was dignified with chocolate milk and whipped cream, a beer or a good glass of wine and a small snack.
