Last leadership trip 2020 a fact!

It is a challenging year, also for us. Nevertheless, we were able to continue 5 of the 8 leadership journeys COVID-proof. Not abroad this year, but on an estate in the middle of the Netherlands, with a beautiful, remote accommodation in the middle of nature. For this last trip, we contacted the RIVM to investigate the possibilities and to discuss our approach in concrete terms. We received a 'go' from the RIVM and have carefully created a good inspiring work setting, within the guidelines of training and accommodation. The weather benefited us positively so we were able to spend a lot of time outside together. We look back on another inspiring journey, the last of this year, rated by the participants with an average of 9+!
