A new reality

Directors and managers of organizations are suddenly confronted with a reality they have never experienced before. Friday, April 24, we organized our first webinar in which we took the participants to inspiration around the new reality in leadership from three perspectives; personal leadership, team leadership and organizational leadership.

 After receiving many enthusiastic responses with an average final rating of 8.7, the Berg & Partners team is joining forces to inspire more executives, managers, board members, entrepreneurs, directors and many other team members and to provide tools so that they can time itself to manage the change to 'the new reality'. We do this through 'open' and 'in-company' webinars and through round table discussions via web coaching. Qualitative, inspiring and with practical handles.

3. Leadership web coaching (sharpness, focus and innovation)

Many leaders feel alone, there is an atmosphere of disorientation, there is insufficient guidance to lead your team or organization properly. Especially nowadays, learning from and with each other is important. With a critical coach who lets you see where you naturally look less. There is often a possible solution, a new perspective. After all, if you keep doing what you did, you get what you got ... It is precisely for these reasons that we organize virtual, inspiring and fascinating round table conversations with peers (fellow leaders and managers) of 1.5 hours in a safe environment led by an expert from the Berg & Partners team (maximum 4 participants per group).
